1. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, or deceptive websites.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, exploit kits, command-and-control systems, virus distribution, or harmful code.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased email lists, open relays, mail bombing, or poor sender practices that harm IP reputation.
- Copyright infringement, trademark abuse, counterfeit goods, stolen content, or distribution of unauthorized software or media.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, hate content, illegal sexual content, child exploitation material, or content that violates applicable law.
- Network attacks, port scanning without permission, brute force activity, DDoS participation, spoofing, or unauthorized access attempts.
2. Resource Usage
Hosting resources must be used fairly. Accounts may not run workloads that harm server performance, stability, uptime, or other customers. Examples include abusive cron jobs, crypto mining, public file mirrors, proxy services, spam tools, unattended high-load scripts, and excessive database queries.
3. Email Rules
You must send email only to recipients who have opted in or have a lawful relationship with you. Bulk email must include clear sender identity, unsubscribe handling, and compliance with anti-spam laws. Compromised mailboxes must be fixed immediately.
4. Security Requirements
- Keep CMS, plugins, themes, scripts, and server software updated.
- Use strong passwords and protect admin panels.
- Remove vulnerable, abandoned, or infected files quickly.
- Respond to abuse and security notices within the deadline given by Digi Hosting.
5. Enforcement
Digi Hosting may warn, rate-limit, suspend, isolate, disable, or terminate services if abuse is detected or reported. Serious or urgent cases may be handled without advance notice. We may remove content, block ports, disable email, preserve logs, or cooperate with legal authorities when required.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report abuse, phishing, copyright complaints, malware, or spam to support@digihosting.in. Include the URL, IP address, headers, screenshots, logs, timestamps, and a clear description of the issue.
