1. Money-Back Window
Eligible first-time hosting orders may qualify for a refund within 30 days from the original activation date. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, account standing, payment status, and compliance with our policies.
2. Eligible Services
Shared hosting, reseller hosting, and standard VPS hosting may be eligible for a refund when the request is made within the stated money-back period and the service has not been used for abuse, spam, fraud, excessive resource consumption, or policy violations.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer, redemption, restoration, premium domain, and WHOIS privacy fees.
- SSL certificates, software licenses, control panel licenses, paid add-ons, dedicated IPs, setup fees, migration fees, custom work, admin work, and third-party fees.
- Renewal invoices, overdue invoice payments, account credits, promotional credits, and services purchased with special non-refundable offers.
- Services terminated or suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback, illegal activity, or Acceptable Use Policy violations.
4. How to Request a Refund
Open a billing ticket from the client area or email support@digihosting.in from the registered account email. Include your service name, invoice number, cancellation request, and reason for refund.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, and gateway processing times may vary. After approval, it may take 7 to 10 business days or longer depending on the payment provider.
6. Cancellation Before Refund
Refund requests may require service cancellation. Once cancelled, hosting files, databases, emails, and backups may be removed. Customers should download all required data before requesting cancellation.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact billing support before raising a bank or payment gateway dispute. Chargebacks may lead to account suspension, service termination, additional recovery fees, and loss of eligibility for future service.
8. Service Credits
At our discretion, some cases may be resolved as account credit instead of payment reversal. Account credits are usable only for future Digi Hosting invoices and are not cash equivalents unless required by law.
