1. Agreement
By visiting this website, creating an account, placing an order, paying an invoice, or using any Digi Hosting service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
If you are using the service for a company or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Services Covered
Digi Hosting may provide shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, domain-related services, SSL, email hosting, website migration, backup options, support, and other hosting-related services. Features, limits, prices, and billing cycles are shown on the product page or client area at the time of order.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate name, email, phone, billing, and account information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials, client area access, FTP, cPanel, WHM, VPS, and email passwords secure.
- You must keep account contact details updated so invoices, abuse notices, renewal reminders, and support updates can reach you.
- We may request verification before activating, modifying, transferring, or restoring any account.
4. Orders, Payments, and Renewals
Services are activated after successful payment and internal verification. Some orders may require manual review for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, stock availability, or compliance checks.
- Invoices must be paid by the due date shown in the client area.
- Late or unpaid invoices may lead to service suspension or termination.
- Renewal prices, taxes, payment gateway charges, currency conversion, or third-party fees may change over time.
- Promotional discounts apply only to the eligible billing term unless clearly stated otherwise.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your websites, scripts, databases, files, emails, users, customers, and any activity performed through your hosting account or server. You agree not to use Digi Hosting for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or high-risk activities.
You are responsible for maintaining your own current backup copies unless you have purchased a managed backup service that specifically includes restore assistance.
6. Domains and Third-Party Services
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, WHOIS privacy, SSL, control panels, licenses, payment gateways, and some integrations may be provided by third-party registrars, vendors, or platforms. Their terms may also apply. Domain names are subject to registry rules and availability, and expired domains may be lost, auctioned, redeemed at extra cost, or deleted by the registry.
7. Support
Support is provided through the official client area, ticket system, email, or other channels listed by Digi Hosting. Support covers service availability and hosting-related help. Custom development, debugging third-party scripts, SEO, content updates, malware cleanup, or application-level work may be outside standard support unless included in your plan.
8. Suspension and Termination
Digi Hosting may suspend or terminate services if invoices are unpaid, account details are false, resources are abused, security risk is detected, legal or abuse complaints are received, or the Acceptable Use Policy is violated. Urgent abuse cases may be suspended without prior notice to protect the network and other customers.
9. Backups and Data Loss
We may offer backups as a convenience or paid feature, but no backup system is guaranteed unless a written managed backup agreement says otherwise. You must keep independent copies of all critical files, databases, emails, code, configuration, and customer data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digi Hosting is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss of reputation, third-party claims, or damages caused by downtime, attacks, customer configuration, software issues, expired domains, or third-party providers. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the most recent billing period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when services, laws, billing rules, or operational needs change. The latest version posted on this website applies from the update date. Continued use of services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
